BIOGRAPHY
Brian Halligan has been admitted to practice as an attorney in New Jersey since 1980 and in New York since 1982. He is admitted to practice law in all New Jersey courts including the Superior Court of New Jersey; Law Division, Chancery Division, Appellate Division and Supreme Court. He is also admitted to practice in all of the State Courts of the State of New York as well as the Federal Court of New Jersey and the Federal Court of the Southern District of New York. He served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Arthur Troast, Superior Court of New Jersey from 1980 to 1981. He is a member of the New Jersey Bar Association and the Bergen County Bar Association. He was a partner with James A. Crawford, Esq. in the firm Crawford & Halligan until Mr. Crawford’s retirement.
EDUCATION
Mr. Halligan received his undergraduate degree from Fairfield University (B.A. 1977, Cum Laude). He received his Juris Doctor law degree from Rutgers School of Law -Newark in 1980. He received an LL.M in Taxation from New York University in 1984.
