Brian Halligan was admitted to practice as an attorney in New Jersey in 1980 and in New York in 1982. He is admitted to practice law in all New Jersey courts including the Superior Court of New Jersey; Law Division, Chancery Division, Appellate Division and Supreme Court. He is also admitted to practice in all of the State Courts of the State of New York as well as the Federal Court of New Jersey and the Federal Court of the Southern District of New York.

He served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Arthur Troast, Superior Court of New Jersey from 1980 to 1981. He is a member of the New Jersey Bar Association and the Bergen County Bar Association.

In four decades of practice, Brian has represented a wide range of clients — from families planning their estates to business owners navigating complex transactions and disputes. His approach is direct and practical: he takes time to understand each client's situation, explains their options clearly, and works to resolve matters as efficiently as possible.
